เรื่องย่อ
ราวของ ดร. ฌอน เมอร์ฟี่ ศัลยแพทย์หนุ่มออทิสติกบวกอัจฉริยะที่สามารถมองเห็นภาพต่างๆในสมองอย่างแม่นยำ ทำให้เขาเป็นสุดยอดแห่งศัลยแพทย์… เขาได้ย้ายจากเมืองเล็ก ๆ ไปร่วมงานในโรงพยาบาล San Jose St. Bonaventure ที่ๆเขาได้ใช้พรสวรรค์อันอัจฉริยะเพื่อช่วยชีวิตและท้าทายการสบประมาทของเพื่อนร่วมงานและเหล่าแพทย์อาวุโสที่มักดูถูกเขาว่าเป็นเพียงออทิสติกไม่สมประกอบและไม่สามารถเป็นแพทย์จริงๆได้ จนกระทั่งพวกเขาได้รู้ถึงความสามารถสุดทึ่งของฌอนที่ไม่มีใครเคยเจอมาก่อน
